Peppermint & Chocolate Chip Smoothie

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 serving protein powder (I used brown rice)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 handful chopped kale (I freeze mine)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut manna

  • 1 teaspoon maca

  • 1 teaspoon chlorella 

  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs 

  • 3-4 peppermint leaves or few drops of essential oil 


Add all ingredients to a blender starting with the milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
