Chocolate Avocado Pudding

  • 2 ripe avocados 

  • 1/2 cup raw cacao 

  • 1/2 cup date syrup or liquid sweeter of choice 

  • pinch of sea salt 

  • 1/4 cup almond milk or non-dairy milk of choice

  • Optional : For an added boost try adding 1 tsp of Maca, Schisandra, Mucuna Puriens or Ashwagandha

Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth. Scoop into 4-6 small bowls or cups and place in the fridge for few hours before serving. Great with fresh fruit, goji berries, coconut flakes, cocoa nibs and/or coconut whip cream!
